We can only process a replacement certificate request online, providing you have completed the below request.

We are not able to process certificate requests by phone, email or social sites. Please note you will be required to complete the replacement certification request, for each individual certificate separately.

We can only re-issue certifications for the hair systems from the drop down menu.
